I'm Sheena, and I created The Cerridwell Experience because I've been exactly where you are.

I was delighted to find that, over the course of 12 weeks, I lost 8.2 pounds without food tracking, calorie counting, or excessive exercise. The habits I created were small lifestyle changes that have had a huge impact. Sheena provided a safe space for me to share my experiences, celebrated my every win, and was there to support me when I felt like I'd failed. I've really enjoyed working with Sheena!

I've spent much of my life immersed in toxic diet culture. Obsessive exercise, fad diets, "magic" beverages with cayenne pepper and lemon juice. I've stood at the starting line so many times, feeling unsure of how to proceed. I just wish I'd known sooner the power of lifestyle elements and how small steps can lead to big changes.
Now I help professional women in their 30s realign lifestyle habits so they can feel more at home in their bodies again. I hold a Health Coach Certificate from the Health Coach Institute and a certificate in Integrative Nutrition from IIN, and I'm working toward NBHWC board certification.
Change is not always easy, and real transformation takes time and intention. Let's walk that path together.
